VPN service crash via unchecked packet parse result

NULL pointer dereference in SoftEther VPN 5.02.5184 through 5.02.5187 allows remote authenticated users to crash the VPN server. StorePacket reparses a copied packet and passes a NULL result from ParsePacket to DeleteIPv6DefaultRouterInRA, which dereferences it without checking. The path requires IPv6 both outside and inside the tunnel, an ICMPv6 router advertisement, and a malformed packet; the vendor states that initial parsing discards such a packet before StorePacket is reached.
