Configuration disclosure via unchecked release identifier

Missing authorization in Apollo Portal before 2.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to read other applications' configuration data. ReleaseController.get returns the ReleaseDTO selected by a user-controlled releaseId without calling UserPermissionValidator.shouldHideConfigToCurrentUser for the release's application, cluster, and namespace. Exploitation requires a valid Portal account, configView.memberOnly.envs enabled for the environment, and a valid guessed or obtained release ID; it exposes configuration values but cannot modify them or interrupt service.
