Local privilege escalation via uuid.dll search path

DLL search-path hijacking in BleachBit for Windows before 4.9.0 allows local users to execute arbitrary code when the application starts. The Windows executables resolve uuid.dll through a user-writable WindowsApps directory when no trusted adjacent copy is packaged. A low-privileged user must plant the DLL and wait for BleachBit to launch; default UAC elevation then runs the payload with elevated permissions.
