Scheduler denial of service via unbounded plugin responses

Uncontrolled resource consumption in affected Volcano releases allows remote attackers to crash or freeze the scheduler via HTTP responses. The Elastic metrics client and extender plugin decode entire response bodies without a size limit, exhausting scheduler memory. Exploitation requires control of either service or its pod or node; the resulting OOM panic or memory saturation stops scheduling for cluster workloads.
