Cross-site request forgery in Ping Identity PingFederate before 13.1 allows attackers to induce admin actions via crafted links. The Administrative Console improperly issues and validates the CSRF cookie used to protect state-changing requests. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active session to trigger a specially crafted link, allowing actions within that administrator's console privileges.
