Pre-auth JavaScript execution via unescaped path parameter
Published Jul 28, 2025 · Updated Nov 3, 2025
Reflected XSS in radiationDoseReport.php in MedDream PACS Premium 7.3.5.860 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via a crafted URL. The script URL-decodes the path parameter and inserts it unescaped into a file-not-found HTML response. Exploitation requires a victim to open the link; the injected code runs in that user's browser context and can read or modify content available to the session.
