Authenticated command execution via unneutralized WPS input
Published Apr 4, 2025 · Updated Apr 4, 2025
Command injection in TOTOLINK A6000R 1.0.1-B20201211.2000 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via WPS cancellation. The apcli_cancel_wps function in /usr/lib/lua/luci/controller/mtkwifi.lua incorporates unneutralized request data into a command, although the public record does not name the parameter. Access to the router management interface and valid credentials is required; injected commands can read or modify device data or interrupt routing.
