Stored XSS via forged privileged-user requests
Published Apr 9, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in blueinstyle Advanced Tag Lists 1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to plant stored XSS payloads. Patchstack has not disclosed the affected request handler, the missing request-validation operation, or the field that persists the script payload. Exploitation requires a logged-in privileged user to visit or submit attacker-controlled content; the stored script executes when visitors load affected output.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
