Code execution via overflowing BMP stride calculation

Memory corruption in SAIL 0.9.8 allows remote attackers to execute code when a user or application decodes a crafted BMPv3 image. In bmp_private_bytes_in_row, unchecked 32-bit width arithmetic determines row size, and multiplying that value by image height allocates an undersized pixel buffer. Decoding then writes attacker-controlled scan-line data past the heap allocation; execution requires the crafted file to be opened and runs in the decoder's process context.
