Root command execution via unsanitized tftp argument

Command injection in router_command.sh in onsemi Quantenna Wi-Fi chipsets through 8.0.0.28 allows local users to execute commands as root. The get_syslog_from_qtn branch inserts its second argument unquoted into a tftp command, so shell delimiters introduce arbitrary commands. Remote exploitation without authentication requires an end product that leaves the qcsapi RPC service enabled.
