Root command execution via unquoted tftp arguments

Command injection in onsemi Quantenna Wi-Fi chipsets through SDK 8.0.0.28 allows attackers to execute commands as root via script arguments. The get_file_from_qtn branch in router_command.sh expands its second, third, and fourth arguments unquoted into a tftp command, so shell delimiters start additional commands. Remote unauthenticated execution requires an end product that leaves the qcsapi RPC service enabled; otherwise, access is local to the chipset environment.
