Out-of-bounds read in Siemens Teamcenter Visualization and Tecnomatix Plant Simulation allows attackers to execute code through a crafted WRL file. The WRL parser reads past the end of an allocated structure while processing malformed file data. Exploitation requires a user to open the malicious file; successful code runs in the current process, while other attempts can crash the application.
