Service interruption via unbounded screenshot storage

Resource exhaustion in AutoGPT before 0.6.63 allows remote attackers to fill the server disk and interrupt service via repeated screenshots. StepThroughItemsBlock permits unbounded iteration of ScreenshotWebPageBlock, which writes each decoded capture to a temporary directory without a storage quota. Delayed agent cleanup can retain the accumulated files indefinitely, exhausting disk capacity and causing persistent denial of service.
