Arbitrary file disclosure via request-target fragment bypass

Path traversal in affected Vite 4.x, 5.x, and 6.x dev servers allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a crafted URL. Vite treats a hash sign in Node or Bun IncomingMessage.url as a fragment while server.fs.deny checks the request target incorrectly, letting traversal segments evade the deny rule. Exposure requires --host or server.host on Node or Bun; Deno is unaffected, and successful requests return file contents to the browser.
