Cross-site scripting via unescaped tracked parameters

Cross-site scripting in SvelteKit 2.0.0 through 2.20.5 allows remote attackers to execute script via a crafted search parameter name. The stringify_uses function inserts tracked search parameter names into the server-rendered boot script without HTML-safe serialization, allowing a closing script tag to inject attacker-controlled JavaScript. Exploitation requires a server load function that iterates event.url.searchParams and a user who follows the crafted link; successful exploitation runs script in that site's browser context.
