Application termination via unbounded chart extraction

Resource exhaustion in Helm before 3.17.3 allows remote attackers to terminate the application via a crafted chart archive. LoadArchiveFiles copies decompressed tar entries into memory without per-file or total expanded-size limits, allowing a small archive to consume available memory. Exploitation requires a user or consuming SDK application to load the attacker-supplied chart, and the bounded consequence is process termination.
