Unrestricted file upload in Kentico Xperience before 13.0.178 allows remote attackers to create files with disallowed extensions. The TryZipProviderSafe fallback treats an uploaded ZIP as a storage provider and returns an inner file whose extension bypasses ContentUploader's allowlist. No authentication or user interaction is required; the record does not establish code execution or data disclosure.
