CVE-2025-32360Network attack vector

Draft disclosure and modification via missing access control

Published Apr 5, 2025 · Updated Apr 7, 2025

Incorrect access control in Zammad 6.4.x before 6.4.2 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter shared article drafts. The shared-draft interface and API return draft details and accept draft changes from customer accounts instead of restricting both operations to agents. A logged-in customer with access to a customer ticket can expose confidential draft content in the browser console and manipulate the associated draft through the API.
