SSRF in Zammad 6.4 before 6.4.2 allows remote authenticated users to send GET requests into internal networks through webhooks. When an enabled webhook's POST endpoint returns a redirect, the webhook client automatically follows the Location target with a GET request. Administrator access is required to enable webhooks, and a controlled redirect can reach HTTP resources otherwise inaccessible from outside the server's network.
