Post-deactivation access via stale user cache

Authentication bypass in affected Mattermost 9.11, 10.5, 10.6, and 10.7 releases allows remote authenticated users to retain access. UpdateActive revoked sessions before evicting the cached user record, so personal access token validation could reuse a cached active status during deactivation. Exploitation requires a previously issued personal access token and subsequent account deactivation; the token retains the account's existing read and write permissions without affecting availability.
