Authenticated SQL injection via unparameterized fullname update
Published Apr 4, 2025 · Updated Apr 4, 2025
SQL injection in Restaurant Table Booking System using PHP and MySQL 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate its database. The edit-subadmin.php handler inserts the fullname POST value directly into an SQL UPDATE statement without parameterization or validation. An authenticated administrator session is required; the demonstrated effect is database-query manipulation and a measurable response delay.
