Guest Playbook access via missing requestor context

Incorrect authorization in affected Mattermost 9.11 and 10.5–10.8 releases allows remote authenticated users to read Playbook runs. The Playbooks handler fails to retrieve requestorInfo correctly for guest users, so its authorization decision lacks the guest's request context. Exploitation requires guest access and exposes Playbook-run information without reported modification or service interruption.
