Settings changes via missing nonce validation
Published Apr 4, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in CRM Perks WP Zendesk 1.1.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter plugin settings via forged requests. The settings_page() function processes state-changing input without correct WordPress nonce validation, accepting the request as an administrator action. Exploitation requires a site administrator to perform an attacker-induced action such as following a link; the documented consequence is settings modification only.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
