Freed memory access via valid GPU operations

Use-after-free in Arm Mali GPU kernel drivers allows local users to access freed GPU memory through valid GPU processing operations. Arm has not published the affected function or the lifetime-management error that leaves freed GPU memory reachable during otherwise valid operations. A non-privileged local process must be able to submit GPU workloads; the documented consequence is access to freed memory, not code execution or service interruption.
