Authenticated port scanning via telnetSocket parameters

SSRF in CrushFTP 9.x, 10.x through 10.8.4, and 11.x through 11.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to scan network ports. The /WebInterface/function/ telnetSocket handler accepts attacker-controlled host and port values and returns distinct connection results. A valid CrushAuth session and currentAuth token are required; successful requests reveal whether server-reachable TCP ports accept connections.
