HTTP request smuggling in AkamaiGHost before 2025-03-26 allows remote attackers to inject a second request into an HTTP body. The first edge server unfolds an Expect: 100-continue header but fails to honor it, while another in-path server mishandles the OPTIONS body. Exploitation requires HTTP/1.x, obsolete line folding, that header, an OPTIONS request, and two Akamai servers in the path; the injected request can alter downstream processing.
