Feed HTML injection via unescaped newpage message

HTML injection in MediaWiki FeedUtils 1.39 through 1.43 allows remote attackers to inject markup into page-creation feed entries. FeedUtils::formatDiffRow2 passes the localized newpage message to Html::rawElement, causing markup selected through the uselang parameter to be emitted without escaping. Exploitation requires a feed item for a newly created wikitext page; the demonstrated result is malformed or attacker-shaped feed HTML, not established script execution in a normal browser.
