Database disclosure via concatenated birth_id query

SQL injection in Code Projects Patient Record Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via birth_id. birthing_form.php concatenates the supplied birth_id value directly into an SQL statement and executes the resulting query without restriction. Any valid account reaches the endpoint; successful injection exposes sensitive patient data stored in the server database.
