Anti-theft bypass via predictable CAN responses

Authentication bypass in Robert Bosch GmbH Infotainment system ECU 283C30861E allows physically proximate attackers to defeat anti-theft protection. The head unit accepts a CAN-ID 0x72e response to one of only 32 CAN-ID 0x71e challenges, and the full response set can be sniffed or precomputed. Access to the in-vehicle CAN bus is required; a correct replay lets a detached head unit pass its anti-theft check, without reported code execution or service interruption.
