Service interruption via unbounded WebSocket message accumulation

Resource exhaustion in GNOME libsoup 3.6.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt services with fragmented WebSocket messages. SoupWebsocketConnection's process_contents path appends fragmented frame payloads without limiting the total assembled message size, so attacker-controlled fragments drive unbounded memory allocation. The target must expose a libsoup-based WebSocket endpoint; sustained memory consumption can exhaust the process or host and interrupt every service sharing those resources.
