CVE-2025-3200Network attack vector

Traffic interception via deprecated TLS negotiation

Published Apr 28, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2025

Deprecated TLS support in Wiesemann & Theis Com-Server firmware before 1.60 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to alter encrypted traffic. The firmware's TLS endpoints negotiate TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1, exposing protected sessions to protocol-level interception and manipulation. The attacker must have network-path access between a Com-Server and a connected system; reported impact is limited to reading or modifying transmitted data.
