Cleartext transmission in HCL BigFix Service Management Discovery 23 allows attackers to read data from unencrypted HTTP traffic. The Discovery service leaves port 80 open and carries connection data over HTTP without enforcing transport encryption. The attacker must be able to observe network traffic; the reported consequence is disclosure of transmitted data, not modification or service interruption.
