CVE-2025-31970Network attack vector

Browser content injection via incomplete CSP directives

Published May 6, 2026 · Updated May 6, 2026

Insecure CSP configuration in HCLSoftware HCL DFX Analytics 3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass browser injection safeguards. The generated Content-Security-Policy header omits strict object-src and base-uri directives, leaving object embedding and base-URL changes unconstrained by those controls. Exploitation requires an available injection vector in browser-rendered content; the published record identifies possible XSS exposure but discloses no concrete injection point or payload path.
