Remote charger control via default Modbus service

Improper initialization in Siemens VersiCharge firmware before 2.135 allows remote attackers on the same network to control EV chargers. The firmware starts the Modbus service by default, exposing control operations without requiring authentication or user interaction. Network access to the charger is required, and successful Modbus commands allow changes to charger operation, including service interruption.
