Missing authorization in Inspry Agency Toolkit 1.0.24 and earlier allows remote attackers to export plugin settings over the network. The settings-export handler serves the plugin's JSON configuration without checking that the requester is an administrator. No account is required, and the exposure is limited to confidentiality of Agency Toolkit configuration data.
