Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized appid

SQL injection in Projectworlds Online Doctor Appointment Booking System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read or alter database data via appid. The /patient/invoice.php handler places the unvalidated appid query parameter directly into an SQL statement, allowing boolean, time-based, and UNION payloads to change the query. No login is required; successful exploitation exposes database records to unauthorized reading or modification and can interrupt the service.
