Stored script execution in privileged user browsers
Published Apr 1, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored cross-site scripting in Softnwords SMM API 6.0.31 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into website pages. Patchstack has not published the affected input, code locus, or missing output-encoding operation that stores and renders the script. Low-privileged access and a privileged user's interaction are required; successful execution can alter displayed content and expose data in the victim's browser.
