Path traversal in Pixelgrade Category Icon 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files. Public advisories identify path traversal as the cause but do not disclose the affected handler, parameter, or file-path operation. Author-level WordPress access is required, and successful exploitation exposes readable server files without reported modification or service interruption.
