Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized schedule query

SQL injection in Projectworlds Online Doctor Appointment Booking System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary database queries. The /patient/getschedule.php endpoint inserts the q query parameter directly into a MySQL statement without validation or parameter binding. No login is required, exposing database reads and changes through boolean-, time-, and UNION-based payloads.
