API key disclosure via cleartext job configuration

Cleartext storage in Jenkins Cadence vManager Plugin 4.0.0-282.v5096a_c2db_275 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read vAPI keys. The plugin serializes Verisium Manager vAPI passwords as ordinary strings in each affected job's config.xml instead of Jenkins Secret values. Item/Extended Read permission or controller-filesystem access is required, and the resulting exposure is limited to configured vAPI credentials.
