Unauthorized task creation via missing request validation
Published Mar 31, 2025 · Updated Apr 29, 2025
CSRF in Drupal General Data Protection Regulation before 3.0.1 and 3.1.0 through 3.1.1 allows remote attackers to create GDPR tasks. The GDPR Task submodule accepts task-creation requests without sufficiently validating the authenticated user's identity and intent. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to submit an attacker-controlled request, creating tasks with that user's privileges and affecting site integrity or availability.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=0.0.0 <3.0.1
