Stored XSS via unrestricted GTM container loading

Stored XSS in Drupal Google Tag before 1.8.0 and 2.0.0 through 2.0.7 allows remote authenticated users to inject JavaScript. The administer google_tag_container permission lacks Drupal's restrict access flag, so a permitted user can load a GTM container that changes rendered pages or inserts malicious JavaScript. A role holding that administrative permission and a visitor who loads the altered page are required, exposing page data and content integrity without interrupting service.
