Stored script execution via unsanitized form data
Published Apr 3, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in PeproDev CF7 Database 2.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts through stored form data. Published sources do not identify the affected function or field; they state that the plugin stores input without sufficient sanitization and renders it without adequate output escaping. No authentication is required to submit the payload, but a user must view the stored content before it executes in that user's browser.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
