Out-of-bounds write in Glyph & Cog LLC Xpdf 4.05 and earlier allows local users to interrupt processing via a crafted PDF. The shading parser accepts an invalid VerticesPerRow value and writes beyond the bounds of an array while constructing the shading grid. The crafted PDF must be processed locally, and the published impact is limited to loss of availability without reported data access or modification.
