Arbitrary file write via FFmpeg argument injection

Argument injection in Jellyfin before 10.10.7 allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files through FFmpeg parameters. The unauthenticated /Videos/{itemId}/stream routes forward certain unsanitized query parameters as FFmpeg command-line arguments. Exploitation requires a valid media item ID, which a low-privileged account can obtain, and file writes can place a plugin that executes code.
