Unauthenticated file disclosure via external XML entities

XXE injection in Text Encoding Initiative Consortium TEIGarage before 1.2.4 allows remote attackers to read server files via XML uploads. The Document Conversion Service parses attacker-supplied TEI XML with external entity resolution enabled and returns referenced file contents in conversion output. No authentication or user interaction is required; exposure is limited to files readable by the service account, with SSRF dependent on server configuration.
