Prototype pollution in Amauri Champeaux tarteaucitron.js before 1.20.1 allows remote authenticated users to alter object prototypes. AddOrUpdate recursively copies enumerable custom-text properties without restricting inherited keys, proto, or constructor, allowing assignments into prototype state. Exploitation requires high-privilege access to site source or a CMS plugin and can corrupt application data or behavior, including causing crashes.
