Local process crash via empty FFT axes

Memory corruption in Huawei MindSpore 2.5.0 allows local users to crash a consuming process through mindspore.numpy.fft.hfftn. The function accepts an empty axes tuple while processing a tensor and reaches a segmentation fault instead of rejecting the invalid transform dimensions. Exploitation requires local code execution that can invoke the library API, and the documented consequence is loss of availability for that process.
