Stored XSS via forged settings update

Cross-site request forgery in Chandan Garg CG Scroll To Top 3.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject stored scripts through plugin settings. The plugin's settings handler accepts state-changing input without valid nonce verification and stores attacker-supplied script content. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to visit a crafted page or click a malicious link, after which the stored script runs for site visitors.
