Local privilege escalation via zeroed authorization challenge

Privilege escalation in Dell ControlVault3 before 5.15.14.19 and ControlVault3 Plus before 6.2.36.47 allows local users to impersonate another user. The WBIO_USH_ADD_RECORD path accepts an all-zero authorization challenge because StorageContext->Challenge is never initialized, then binds an existing fingerprint template to an attacker-supplied Windows identity. Local low-privileged access and an enrolled fingerprint are required; without Enhanced Sign-in mitigations, the fingerprint can authenticate as another local user.
